      <description>The WIAC was deep and strong this season, so it follows that the Conference dominates our all-region awards. Player of the Year goes to UW-Whitewater guard Kacie Carollo, Coach of the Year to Oshkosh leader Brad Fischer, and Rookie of the Year is split between Oshkosh forward Paige Seckar and Cornell forward Erin Knowles.</description>
