Jess Moorman wasn't born the last time the Hope College women's basketball team did not win at least 20 games in a single season.
The freshman from Northville, Michigan (Northville HS) helped the Flying Dutch extend an impressive streak on Saturday with a 75-31 win against Alma College at DeVos Fieldhouse.
Saturday marked the 20th consecutive season Hope has reached the 20-win mark — a remarkable run of consistent success that started back in Brian Morehouse's third season as head coach (1998-99).
Moorman contributed a career-high 10 points and shared team-high honors against Alma as Hope improved to 20-1 overall and 11-1 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association play.
