The unbeaten Hope College women's basketball team cruised to an 89-43 win in its makeup game at Alma College on Monday by burying a season-high 11 3-pointers.

Coach Brian Morehouse's Flying Dutch - ranked No. 4 by d3hoops.com — improved to 19-0 overall and 11-0 in Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association play.

Three players scored 12 points apiece to lead Hope, which extended its MIAA lead to two games over second-place Olivet College. The Flying Dutch shot 57.9 percent from 3-point range (11-of-19).

Sophomore forward Maura McAfee of Midland (Midland HS) led Hope's starters with 12 points on 5-of-9 shooting from the field in 14 minutes of action.

Two of her teammates each netted 12 points off the bench — junior guard Kamara Sudberry of Clio (Clio HS) and freshman Mandy Traversa of Winfield, Ill. (Wheaton North HS).

It was a season-high for Sudberry and Traversa's second-highest total of the season. Traversa had 14 points at Olivet on Nov. 26. All of Traversa's points came off 3-pointers. She shot 4-of-6 from 3-point range.

Sophomore guard Autumn Anderson of Dorr (Wayland HS) hit two 3-pointers to score a season-high 10 points for Hope.

Senior guard Brittany Berry of Grand Rapids (Catholic Central HS) also made two 3-pointers and finished with eight points.
