Millikin jumped out to a 17-4 lead and never looked back as the Big Blue got coach Lori Kerans her 400th career victory Wednesday night, defeating UW-Platteville 65-58.

Lindsay Ippel scored a team-high 13 points for Millikin (3-1), while Laura Engstrom added 12 and Andrea Riebock scored 11 in the victory. Kerans is the 20th active coach in Division III women's basketball to reach the 400-win plateau. She coached Millikin to the Division III national title in 2005 and the Big Blue has made 11 tournament appearances under her tenure.

Thought to be the first woman to both play and coach in an NCAA game, Kerans has been named CCIW Coach of the Year seven times. The Big Blue is 215-44 in games at home under Kerans and has won 167 of its last 186 home games.
